The lyrics are really pretty good if you take the time to analyze them. He's using the "row, row, row your boat" thing and "life is but a
dream".

Here's another version I found of it. I still don't like it as much as the version they recorded at The Big Easy in 2006. Wish I could find that
recording. A friend gave me a CD of that whole concert (which, btw, has THE BEST versions of Goin' Against Your Mind, Car, and Else) but I lost it.

I'm definitely in the same boat as you, as far as wanting an official recording of this song. The lyrics are
simply fantastic.
I'd be hopeful that it is, as I can't see why not.. Not much help, but. I guess we have to wait until the next news or until Spring.
Bytheway, that's the recording on the Live Melodies of the Future compilation. Also VERY good. |

I've heard a recorded version of this song. It's very good and I assume that a version will appear on a new album but I'm not sure. They have
played the song for a long time so I bet that it makes the cut. To my understanding BTS has recorded 30 songs but I doubt that all of them will be released on
an album.

That's probably why BTS make such awesome song-writers. They test-pilot new songs live, and constantly tweak the version, for a long time until they like
it. That's what I would do. I don't tell a joke unless it makes me laugh personally, and I would never release a song until it gave me goose-bumps and
got stuck in my own head (this has happened to me and my brother before- we're both songwriters). Oh, and has anyone noticed all the lyrics websites like
(with the exception of songmeanings.net) seem to have the lyrics wrong for the chorus? They all say "grow on", but the row, row, row your boat
metaphor fits so much better, and if you listen closely I don't think there's a G sound in it.

Nice bootleg! Definitely my favorite of the ones I've heard of Life's a Dream. The most likely date for it would be June 3rd, 2006, according to
bts.23.
